SMT General Hand Solder and Rework Class.
This is a (2) day class. (16 hours)
COURSE DESCRIPTION:
Hand solder techniques for PCA components & acceptability requirements for SMT components using a variety of media and hands - on practice.
COURSE OBJECTIVE:
Upon satisfactory completion of this course, students will understand techniques involved in the hand soldering process for SMT Components. Students will learn placement and soldering of Chip, MELF, SOIC, QFP and PLCC SMT Components. They will also learn removal & re-soldering of Surface Mount components.
