COURSE DESCRIPTION:
The purpose of this training is to teach repair technicians how to recognize and repair damage to the printed circuit board. These include pulled or lifted pads, cut or damaged conductors and scratched or burned dielectric material.
COURSE OBJECTIVE:
Upon satisfactory completion of this course, students will have a better understanding of common defects occurring to the PCB and how to repair them.

Lifted or Missing SMT Pad Repair
Lifted PTH Pad Repair
Cut or Damaged Conductor-Trace Repair
Cut & Burns in the Dielectric
Epoxy Mixing
Handling & Curing
Inspection & Continuity Checking
EVALUATION: Workmanship must meet Class 3 acceptable.
CERTIFICATE: Certificate presented to those passing the evaluation.
